Nh Collection Antwerp Centre Hotel

Staying at nh collection was a great choice! It's right by the central train station, so it's super easy to explore. Our room was really clean, and we had a comfortably soft bed. The flavored water by the entrance was a nice touch too. Plus, the gym was fully equipped, perfect for a quick workout!

The place was stylish and had attentive stuff both at the reception and at the bfast service, appreciated the stay. The breakfast was extensive with a la carte eggs and offered scrambled eggs, slices of fresh bread and cakes. It was functional, great-sized and on 8 floors. The location was magnificent and ideal, close to the central station.

Great and incredible location to a Belgian art museum. Downstairs bar, big room with a terrace and comfortable bed and balcony on top.

I faced several issues . The check-in process was lengthy, and we weren't registered on arrival despite completing pre-check-in. The room I received was different from what I selected, leading to frustration.

The continental breakfast with many options was exceptional.

Facilities were clean, however Wi-Fi was quite slow.

No issues, meets all expectations. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of charging outlets for convenience.

Comfortable stay near the station

The hotel boasts a superb location just steps away from the Centraal Station. After a day out, I enjoyed relaxing in my room, especially thanks to the comfortable bed and generous storage space. They provide fun amenities too, like a Bluetooth speaker and the option for courtesy umbrellas. The lobby's inviting ambiance, with fresh flowers and fruit-infused water, added a special touch to my experience.

Unfortunately, there were a few inconveniences . The gym access was a hassle. You need to ask front desk staff to unlock it. I also found the air conditioning controls to be overly complicated. On a busy check-in day, I encountered a long queue.

The location was convenient, just steps from the Central Train Station. My room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of delectable options, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Check-in was a bit slow.

It was just a great fit for a weekend in Antwerp with good price value. I loved the fresh flowers in the lobby that added a nice touch. Make sure to explore nearby shops for local treats.

The bed provided really good comfort, promoting restful sleep, while the modern decor and appropriate lighting enhanced my experience. I appreciated the complimentary drink offer for opting out of room cleaning, a thoughtful touch. Though I found the shower pressure inconsistent, the overall atmosphere and service were good.

I appreciated the comfortable bed and cleanliness of the Superior Double or Twin Room. I found the check-out process inefficient due to limited staff at peak time. The parking fees seemed high and the exit barrier was malfunctioning, which could use improvement.

Convenient stay with a good breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast buffet with a great selection including cold meats, cheeses, and made-to-order omelets. The location across from the Central Station made it super easy to explore the city without any hassle. The room was spacious and well-maintained. I did find the bar hours a bit limiting for casual evening drinks.

The staff at the reception and at the breakfast service were very kind and polite. the hotel is located in a market area close to the city center, Antwerp Central Station, and NH Collection.

The breakfast options are extensive and include lactose-free and gluten-free products, making it easy to find something to enjoy, and the central location is convenient.
